Business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the User.

9. Acceptable Use

14. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to SHH Group LLC in the preceding 12 months.
15. SMS Messaging Terms
SMS Communication Consent
By providing your phone number through our website forms, landing pages, or scheduling tools and explicitly consenting to receive SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from SHH Group LLC.
Non-Marketing Messages If you opt in to non-marketing communications, you may receive transactional and service-related messages including appointment reminders, responses to inquiries, service updates, account notifications, and onboarding communications related to your account or services.
