5. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You have legal authority to enter into contracts

You are responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
All activity conducted under your account
6. Subscription, Billing & Payments
A. Fees

SHH Group is not liable for outages, disruptions, or service failures caused by third-party providers.
8. AI, Automation & Output Disclaimer
SHH Group provides AI-driven systems and automation tools.
Important Disclosures:
AI outputs are assistive only.
AI does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
Users must independently verify critical information.
Business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the User.
SHH Group shall not be liable for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services.
Prohibited activities include:
Illegal conduct
Fraud
Spam or unsolicited communications
Harassment or abuse
Data scraping
Reverse engineering
Circumventing security systems
Misusing AI tools
Violation may result in immediate termination.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, content, branding, trademarks, AI models, automation workflows, and platform architecture are the exclusive property of SHH Group.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

12. Service Availability & Uptime

Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages may result in downtime.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SHH Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including:
Loss of revenue
Business interruption
Data loss
AI output inaccuracies
Automation errors
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to SHH Group in the preceding 12 months.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHH Group from any claims arising from:
Your misuse of Services
Violation of these Terms
Legal violations
Regulatory breaches
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for:

Non-payment
Fraud
Abuse
Legal requirements
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.
No class actions permitted.
19. Severability
